Suzuki Access 125 Premium Scooter Launched for Budget-Conscious Buyers with Stunning Performance and Mileage

Suzuki Motorcycle India launched the 2025 Suzuki Access 125 at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo. It targets riders who want a scooter that looks good, performs well, and does not cost too much.

The scooter now comes in three main trims: the Standard Edition, the Special Edition, and the advanced Ride Connect Edition. Prices start at about ₹81,700 ex-showroom for the Standard Edition. The Special and Ride Connect versions cost around ₹88,200 and ₹93,300 respectively.

Fresh Looks and Comfort for All

The new Access 125 wears a sleeker look. It has sharper body lines and a modern headlamp with chrome trim. The tail lamp has also been redesigned for better appeal.

Comfort got a boost too. The seat is longer now. Under-seat storage is larger. There are dual front cubby holes and even an external fuel lid that locks. These all help with daily use.

A new frame is stronger than before. It gives more rigid handling. The scooter also gets improved suspension. These upgrades help deliver a smoother ride.

Engine, Mileage, and Performance

Under the sheet metal, the Access keeps its reliable 124 cc single-cylinder engine. But now, it meets OBD-2B emission rules. Power is around 8.31 bhp at 6,500 rpm with torque near 10.2 Nm at 5,000 rpm.

Mileage remains one of its strongest points. Suzuki claims better fuel economy thanks to SEP (Suzuki Eco Performance) technology. Real-world users report up to 47 km/l on average.

With a 5.3-litre fuel tank, the scooter can travel nearly 250 km without refueling—great news for city riders and students.

Smarter Tech and Safety

Suzuki has packed more features into this model. All variants now include a hazard light switch, rear brake lock, and passing switch for safety and control.

The most advanced, Ride Connect Edition, brings a 4.2-inch color TFT display. This display offers Bluetooth connectivity for navigation, call/SMS alerts, weather updates, and even fuel-consumption data.

A new Pearl Mat Aqua Silver color adds style to this variant.

Premium Feel, Smart Price

The makeover makes the Access feel premium. Yet, it keeps its friendly price tag. Riders looking for a mix of style, tech, and efficiency can find it all in one place.
